We are excited to announce an addition to our portfolio of Collapsible Cores. The new S-Collapsible Core brings you extended options for designing your mould.

S-Collapsible Cores by DME gives you **an improved design bringing never seen before product performance** to you. This new design provides significantly more space for undercuts between the guide and the outer contour. In addition to this the S-Collapsible Core can be moved completely to the end of the stroke without the corners of the slide colliding with each other.
With it being **completely flat on the back, this new variant of core is so much easier to configure into your mould design**. As a designer much more freedom is given when the mould is being developed, it can be as efficient and easy to maintain as possible.

Our range of compression springs now includes round wire springs with load from light to very heavy. The range of guiding elements for the sliders is extended with standard Guiding stocks, Self-lubricated guiding stocks and Self lubricated slide plates.

New solutions for connection between sliders and hydraulic cylinder such as Coupling set for hydraulic cylinder or separately Coupling pin for hydraulic cylinder and Counter piece for coupling pin are now available. In addition we have implemented Shims for installation in parting line in Round and Rectangular shapes. A DME új golyósorsós központozó berendezésének újszerűen kialakított formája precíz mozgást és kisebb súrlódást tesz lehetővé az egymásra helyezhető rétegű öntőformák gördülékeny nyitásához / zárásához.

A DME ugyanazt a precíz mérnöki koncepciót hozta, amit évek óta tapasztalhatunk náluk a CNC-szerszámgépek esetében. Ez a termék könnyed személyre szabhatóságot biztosít a különféle alkalmazásokhoz, ugyanakkor könnyedén beszerezhető. Egyszerű, az egymásra helyezett öntőformák magasságig terjedő méretre vágási és csavaros megoldások gyors és könnyű összeszerelhetőséget és drasztikusan lecsökkentett átfutási időt eredményeznek. Akár 2 méter / másodperc nyitási arány eltünteti a ciklusidőre jellemző korlátozó tényezőket.

Il design avanzato brevettato del nuovo dispositivo di centraggio con vite a ricircolo di sfere DME garantisce un movimento preciso e un attrito ridotto per un'apertura/chiusura fluida degli stampi impilati.

DME ha adottato lo stesso preciso concetto ingegneristico utilizzato per anni nella lavorazione con macchine a controllo numerico. Questa unità può essere facilmente adattata alla vostra applicazione, grazie alla disponibilità di prodotti di serie. Il semplice taglio a misura dell'altezza della pila di stampi e le caratteristiche di avvitamento consentono un'installazione rapida e semplice, riducendo drasticamente i tempi di consegna. Con una velocità di apertura di fino a 2 metri al secondo, non ci saranno limitazioni sui tempi di ciclo.
