During our webinars we covered a wide variety of different themes these included, Mould design up to Mould Maintenance supported by several DME’s unique solutions such as FreshStar Purging Solutions, premium collapsible S-Cores, Accualign Lifters for ejection parts with undercuts and many others.

We presented with wide range of product such as new hot runner temperature controllers DME Smart Series, then advanced undercut solution, the Collapsible S-Core and also CleanCare for cooling channel maintenance.

'Technologientag was a really good event. We had many absorbing discussions with customers who we interested in the entire DME portfolio, and we exchanged lots of ideas' Sebastian says.

We attended an event hosted by our partner Contura-MTC

Temperier Forum Days hosted by our partner Contura-MTC in Menden, Germany, is an expert panel accompanied by an exhibition. It is filled with presentations and discussions about heat exchange management in injection moulds. Debating over presentations about topics covering the future of applied research in the field, simulation methods for improving heat and energy use in the moulding process, energy efficient cooling and much more was very enlightenning for everyone.

The quality of the event was summarized by Sebastian Seelhorst, one of the DME experts attending: „The Temperier Forum Days at Contura were very good! In a pleasant atmosphere you could discuss with people from the industry, the lectures were also very informative and relevant. A very successful event!“

Our representatives Joerg Voss and Sebastian Seelhorst presented our newest solution for hot runner system insulation, the revolutionary iControl.

Their presentation was very well received as our solution is unique one on the market and represents an excellent opportunity to cut energy costs thanks to significantly reduced heat dissipation from hot runner channels area of the mould.

Plastpol is an important event for the injection moulding industry in Poland

The Plastpol trade fair is an important event for the injection moulding industry in Poland and the Eastern Europe. DME leading experts joined the fair to showcase our newest solutions for plastic processing aimed at reducing costs and maximizing the productivity. 

Plastpol provided a great opportunity to discuss the industry trends and challenges. With many of our customers attending, we were able to share the innovative DME technologies and provide the support every step of the way whether at design, mould manufacturing, or part production stage.

Gregor Dytko, Sales Director of DME in Poland, says: ‘This year's Plastpol trade was a success and had a high attendance. We are excited to announce an addition to our portfolio of Collapsible Cores. The new S-Collapsible Core brings you extended options for designing your mould.

S-Collapsible Cores by DME gives you **an improved design bringing never seen before product performance** to you. This new design provides significantly more space for undercuts between the guide and the outer contour. In addition to this the S-Collapsible Core can be moved completely to the end of the stroke without the corners of the slide colliding with each other.
With it being **completely flat on the back, this new variant of core is so much easier to configure into your mould design**. As a designer much more freedom is given when the mould is being developed, it can be as efficient and easy to maintain as possible.
