We are excited to announce an addition to our portfolio of Collapsible Cores. The new S-Collapsible Core brings you extended options for designing your mould.

S-Collapsible Cores by DME gives you **an improved design bringing never seen before product performance** to you. This new design provides significantly more space for undercuts between the guide and the outer contour. In addition to this the S-Collapsible Core can be moved completely to the end of the stroke without the corners of the slide colliding with each other.
With it being **completely flat on the back, this new variant of core is so much easier to configure into your mould design**. As a designer much more freedom is given when the mould is being developed, it can be as efficient and easy to maintain as possible.

Our range of compression springs now includes round wire springs with load from light to very heavy. The range of guiding elements for the sliders is extended with standard Guiding stocks, Self-lubricated guiding stocks and Self lubricated slide plates.

A DME új golyósorsós központozó berendezésének újszerűen kialakított formája precíz mozgást és kisebb súrlódást tesz lehetővé az egymásra helyezhető rétegű öntőformák gördülékeny nyitásához / zárásához.

A DME ugyanazt a precíz mérnöki koncepciót hozta, amit évek óta tapasztalhatunk náluk a CNC-szerszámgépek esetében. Ez a termék könnyed személyre szabhatóságot biztosít a különféle alkalmazásokhoz, ugyanakkor könnyedén beszerezhető. Egyszerű, az egymásra helyezett öntőformák magasságig terjedő méretre vágási és csavaros megoldások gyors és könnyű összeszerelhetőséget és drasztikusan lecsökkentett átfutási időt eredményeznek. Akár 2 méter / másodperc nyitási arány eltünteti a ciklusidőre jellemző korlátozó tényezőket.

Il design avanzato brevettato del nuovo dispositivo di centraggio con vite a ricircolo di sfere DME garantisce un movimento preciso e un attrito ridotto per un'apertura/chiusura fluida degli stampi impilati.

DME ha adottato lo stesso preciso concetto ingegneristico utilizzato per anni nella lavorazione con macchine a controllo numerico. Questa unità può essere facilmente adattata alla vostra applicazione, grazie alla disponibilità di prodotti di serie. Il semplice taglio a misura dell'altezza della pila di stampi e le caratteristiche di avvitamento consentono un'installazione rapida e semplice, riducendo drasticamente i tempi di consegna. Con una velocità di apertura di fino a 2 metri al secondo, non ci saranno limitazioni sui tempi di ciclo.

Firma DME zastosowała koncepcję precyzyjnej obróbki stosowaną od lat w obrabiarkach CNC. To urządzenie można łatwo dostosować do indywidualnych potrzeb użytkownika i jest ono dostępne od ręki. Proste docięcie na długość zgodną z wysokością zestawu form oraz możliwość mocowania śrubami pozwalają na szybką i łatwą instalację oraz ogromną redukcję czasu realizacji. Pokročilá patentovaná konstrukce nového centrovacího zařízení s kuličkovým šroubem DME zajišťuje přesný pohyb a snížené tření pro hladké otevírání/zavírání stohovací formy.

Společnost DME nasadila stejné technické řešení, které se již léta používá při obrábění na CNC. Tuto jednotku lze snadno přizpůsobit vaší aplikaci, aby ji bylo možno po dodání ihned namontovat. Jednoduché zkrácení na délku podle výšky stohovací formy a šroubovací prvky umožňují rychlou a snadnou instalaci s výrazně zkrácenými dodacími lhůtami. S rychlostí otevření až 2 metry za sekundu nebudete mít žádná omezení týkající se doby cyklu.

Het geavanceerde gepatenteerde ontwerp van de nieuwe DME kogelomloopspindel zorgt voor een nauwkeurige beweging en minder wrijving voor een soepel openen/sluiten van uw stapelmatrijs.

DME maakt gebruik van hetzelfde nauwkeurige engineeringconcept dat al jaren in de CNC-verspaning wordt gebruikt. Dit apparaat is eenvoudig op maat te maken voor uw toepassing en is snel leverbaar. Door een eenvoudige aanpassing aan de hoogte van de matrijs en het gebruik van boutverbindingen kan de installatie snel en eenvoudig gebeuren, met doorlooptijden. Met een openingssnelheid tot 2 meter per seconde zijn er geen beperkingen op de cyclustijd.

La nueva generación de controles de placas de molde de pisos

El diseño patentado avanzado del nuevo dispositivo de centrado con bolas circulantes DME ofrece un movimiento preciso y menor fricción para lograr la apertura/cierre suave del molde de pisos.

DME ha implementado el mismo concepto preciso de ingeniería utilizado durante años en el mecanizado CNC. Esta unidad se adapta fácilmente al uso que necesite con las existencias de almacén. Un simple corte longitudinal de la altura del piso del molde y las características de pernado permiten una instalación rápida y sencilla, con unos tiempos de preparación mucho más reducidos. Con un ritmo de apertura de hasta 2 metros por segundo, no se restringirá el tiempo del ciclo.
