You take care of the development and improvement of relationships with accounts in the assigned area with the goal of sustainable revenue and growth
Based on market research you are creating strategic concepts for customer support and the development in your area. You identify new potentials, develop individual plans for the establishment of DME as preferred supplier and implement them on an international level, with the appropriate measures you set the customer retention
You are the first point of contact for your customers and introduce actively the entire DME solutions portfolio and further partly complex Milacron products. On your won authority you take over the planning, preparation and execution of acquisitions, closing meetings and price discussions as well as the follow-up and documentation to assess customer needs and to define possible solutions.
You are responsible for the entire sales process and coordinate the necessary steps with your internal departments at an international level. This includes the appropriate communication with the product development and the inside sales department as well as the channeling of standard requests.
Requirements:
operational and business organizational knowledge through successfully completed studies with additional qualification
several years of experience, demonstrable success with key customers, ideally on an international level of the mould making industry, plastic processing industry
fluent English, responsible person, knowledge of mould and tool making
convincing personal appearance at eye-level on business, finance and purchasing managers at key customers ideally in plastics processing or tool making, familiar with Excel, Powerpoint, SAP
strategic approach entrepreneurial thinking, the use of your technical expertise you could convince your customers. Exceptionally high communication and cooperation skills in a multinational environment enable you to handle procedural questions purposeful, the ability to work out of the home
