Job description:
- Complete customer care for one or more countries
- Order processing/confirmation, invoicing
- Planning and arranging transport to the end customer
- monitoring of receivables, handling of complaints
- Direct marketing
- 100% work from home within the Czech Republic
Required:
- English, Polish language at min. B2
- Professional communication with customers with result orientation
- Ability to build and develop relationships with customers
- Experience in customer service, call centre an advantage
