Job description:

  • Complete customer care for one or more countries
  • Order processing/confirmation, invoicing
  • Planning and arranging transport to the end customer
  • monitoring of receivables, handling of complaints
  • Direct marketing
  • 100% work from home within the Czech Republic

Required:

  • English, Polish language at min. B2
  • Professional communication with customers with result orientation
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with customers
  • Experience in customer service, call centre an advantage
